HOW IGNORANT ARE THEY, THE POLITICIANS? HOW CLUELESS ARE WE NOT TO HEED THOMAS SOWELL, RON PAUL, AND OTHER OBJECTIVIST LIBERTARIANS and CONSERVATIVE THINKERS?

We allow ourselves to be manipulated into ignoring HISTORICAL & CONTEXTUAL manipulations of our Founding Fathers, the historical and contextual meanings of their experiences, their words, and Common Sense. (E.G. http://www.wnd.com/2012/06/ezekiels-magog-russia-or-turkey/)This LINK is only used as an example of how applying today’s definitions in place of definitions used at the specific time can destroy and warp the original meanings, common understandings, and historical facts.

As Walter E. Williams Ph.D. and libertarian Commentator has often noted: The Commerce Clause was not intended to give the Fed Gov unlimited power over us.

Sorry to burst your bubbles Ms. Pelosi and Mr. Conyers.

It’s lawyers. The lucrative malpractice litagation industry is the reason health care is so astronomically out of whack is due to the incredible costs related to the cost of malpractice insurance for doctors, hospitals, drug manufacturers etc. Lawyers and their accomplices in congress have shoved this mess right up our noses and provided themselves with a neat little money lined playground. They play and we all pay. Another depressing thought. If the supremes don’t strike down the law there is nothing to keep the Republicans from repealing it anyway. Fat chance. The Republicans, known as the “Drag queens of politics, with apologies to real drag queens everywhere” haven’t the will nor desire to fight it out with the Democrats no matter how much they claim to be “conservatives”. (I got that crack about drag queens from Mercer’s book. She’s always saying things I wish I said.)
