Not I nor anybody else who looks at things with the slightest bit of logic. We, the American tax paying, bill paying public amount to nothing, just as long as the aforementioned taxes and bills get payed. To object to our country being turned into a third world war zone flies in the face of the politicians who want a new bloc of ignorant, and hopefully anti-American, voters who will help keep them in office permantly. Of course the perpetually guilty white weenies haven’t the backbone to stand up for the country or common sense and are willing to sacrifice our American culture, civilization and our very physical safety in order to assuage their guilt. I might mention their own families are in this mess too. What this country needs is leadership with the cajones to tell it like is, fight for the United States, not against the United States and the political smarts to overcome the liberal MSM to get his point across. I think there are enough regular people out here to carry it off. Close the borders, now.

“Under the priorities outlined in this memorandum, Montano likely would have been detained for three reasons, namely that he was: (1) a convict; (2) a repeat offender; and (3) a demonstrated danger to public safety,” according to the report.

The part about the illegal alien controversy that upsets me the most is the utter trashing of the rule of law (and mostly by those who are oath-bound to enforce it). How can University of Virginia give discount rates to an illegal Montano while an American citizen such as my grandniece would have to pay a much higher rate? How is it that Homeland Security (in the form of TSA) fondles 4 year olds where no reasonable suspicion or probable cause exists but doesn’t see that actual law violators get deported?? How do we have politicians who refuse to fence our borders or enforce immigration statutes then claim that Presidents can strafe foreign countries that do not attack us by whim.

To top it all off, we have a War on Drugs turning much within 100 miles of the US Mexico pseudo-border into a Lawless free-for-all.

America is abandoning the rule of law to the rule of whim.
