I am anti-Communist. If old enough I’d have backed up and not betrayed the Cuban Freedom fighters who were abandoned in what is now known as The Bay Of Pigs. Yet, and this will come as strange to many, I don’t want American Consumerism in Cuba. Wherever American Democracy is established there’s a destruction of a people and their traditions. One materialism replaces another. America and organised crime from everywhere exploited Cuba. There were drug trades and a culture of narcotics expanding throughout it. Cuban women were being prostituted. President Fulgencio Batista was a first rate degenerate; as bad as a Communist. America stay out! Only America sanctioned, as in had economic blockages of Communist Cuba: brutal embargos! But stayed in Guantanamo Bay and has paid the Communist government rent. It is all a facade and a money deal. I repeat: I’m anti-Communist but I not want American Democracy there! As far as the Cubans who are Americans in Florida being exiles: they are, for they were extirpated from their homeland and betrayed by America. God Bless, Aristo Boho
POST SCRIPT: SANCTION was originally a positive term: acceptance, a blessing, permission, an imprimatur. Now, in America, a Devil’s inversion of semantics. Pity the beaten to a pulp English language!
