Of course, the track record for the Republicans is that Bush and his Elephant-Congress DOUBLED spending at the Department of Education (did that turn everyone into Einstein??).

Meanwhile, Republicans, in turn, accuse Obama of cutting unconstitutional-LBJ-socialist Medicare to transfer money to unconstitutional-Obama-socialist Obamacare.
