Human nature is such that understanding mostly comes at the end of the barrel – meaning you have to feel the pain in order to understand. Americans understood – for a few weeks at least- after 9-11. Europe is beyond hope. There are islands of hope held afloat by few and far between. I am not optimistic.

But answering that question would be akin to find an answer to why antisemitism exists.

Has he turned against the “PEACE PROCESS” – like Avigdor Lieberman??

By the way, it looks like G-d might be a Libertarian Zionist! Here is Deuteronomy 15:6

(Moses addressing Israel)

“For the LORD your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.”

Good advice for Israel on self-reliance and not become the South Vietnam of the Middle East.

Maybe a nice downtown property in Gaza City, with a view of the missile factories, would be to his liking. And then, perhaps Hamas can return the favor of his “honesty” by using his house as the launch site for missiles into Israel. Mr. Goldstone, be sure to wave to the Israeli drones.

For most of her existence she has relied on the United States to back her against the onslaught of 3rd world aristocrats (AKA the UN) but now a 3rd world aristocrat is president of the United States. I expect to see Israel strengthen its ties with Europe and Russia in the near future. As I understand it, it is not uncommon to see Cyrillic script in many Israeli neighborhoods; over a million Jews from the former Soviet Union have emigrated to Israel since 1991. Russia, unlike the delusional Europeans and Americans, understands the importance of maintaining a common culture among her people; she also shares a common culture (whether she likes it or not) with Israel.
Will Obama drive our most loyal ally into the arms of our most hated foe? I bet that is why they gave him the Nobel peace prize.
