Thanks for doing the extra homework. Not sure you don’t already have one but it would be nice access a website or section of one that offers facts like these on any number of current leading issues, both in this country and world. This would help individuals like myself become more educated vs. persuaded by opinion media.

See, for example, the WAPO story “Maryland Considers Change to Driver’s License Policy Amid Fraud by Illegal Immigrants.” Apparently, illegal aliens have no more respect for our laws against perjury and document fraud than they have for our immigration laws.

But, if I had no opinion at all I would be led to support Governor Brewer and the Arizona legislature just by observing the hysterical posturing and standard lies spouted by the usual suspects on the left.

And since legal immigrants are allowed to carry a driver license in Arizona (and many other states), having a valid license would create a presumption of legal status and thereby demonstrate compliance with 1306(a), but would not create a presumption of citizenship, and thereby still subject the person to compliance with 1304(e).

Useless political flotsam without opinion.

Maybe it was all GWB’s fault?

What a useless waste of internet bandwidth.

[I’m sorry you object to plain data. I’m sorry too that you are averse to using the search facility on the blog and articles archive to “uncover” your host’s well-known opinions on the matter. But if you stick around, you might catch tonight’s column on WND dealing with the law. And if you were a donor, I’d certainly refrain from wasting bandwidth for which you forked out. As Ali G would say, “respec.“—IM]
