Workers are forced to make “contributions” – well, the Supreme Court ruled that these “contributions” were really a TAX empowered by the 16th Amendment. Even I have to agree with that part of the decision.

Now, I consider the BENEFITS (of Social Security) to have no authorization under Article 1 Section 8 but the Court held else wise. Furthermore, no one has ever been compelled to “receive the benefits”.

I thus expect that everyone will have to pay the health care TAX. As for going to the Doctor, that is your headache – assuming there are any left practicing in the USA.

A multi trillion dollar, economy killing, job killing, senior citizen killing boondoggle designed for nothing more than increasing the governments total control of the people. Even if the government had good intentions, which is a laugh, they are too inefficient and ridgidly ideological to successfully run a business. Much less one that might be one of the biggest and most complicated businesses in the world. And we’re waiting for the Republicans to kill the thing if they get control of congress. That’s a crap shoot on the best of days. However if there is a President Palin I am confident that she will get it repealed. Beyond that I will just wait and see.
