Well, it is apparently up to the “property owner” to call the cops – but then, in the foreclosure, who is the property owner – the deadbeat defaulter, the idiot bank, the loan bundler, Fannie, “the government?”…. Frankly, this pathetic episode is just a downscale version of the theft that “Big 3 auto executives” are about to perform on the taxpayers and that baseball executives like George W. Bush did to enrich himself with the Texas Rangers. PRIVATE PROPERTY is apparently a quaint concept and everyone should just grab anything using government help if possible. As for the government actually protecting property rights – ha ha ha ha ha….
The Declaration of Independence should be updated to read: “To secure your assets, governments are instituted among men, deriving their booty by force, counterfeiting, and taxation”
