What’s better than after a day’s work in your own clinic, to take a stroll down a sandy, vacation quality beach with your wife, or look out at the beautiful Mexican sunset.

Since this program PAYS FOR ITSELF, then why don’t we extend it to the entire world??? It’s all freeeeee – wheeeee!!!

“Medical care” in America will slowly but surely slide down to the level of “public education” of Washington DC. Ironically, Thomas Freidman (in an essay you will despise) was applauding all the IMPORTED scientific talent as a rationale for immigration:

when what the op-ed really implies is that we have to import non-Americans
to do our thinking because our home grown education system completely stinks. Similarly, we will soon have to get our medical care OVERSEAS since the US/Canadian/European Socialistic care will not work. Tom Friedman’s future doctors will all be practicing offshore in the Caribbean:
