The brief mention of the silly “American religious right” was certainly illiminating. Maybe the Israelis realize that when all the sophisticates in American society fold in the clutch, abandon Israel and embrace the Muslims because they lack the cajones to stick to their guns, only the unsophisticated rubes of the “Religious Right” will still be there to be counted.
