Solve them all!! Perfect practice makes perfect. If it was easy everyone would be good at math. It takes hard work.

If by “kind of population” you mean “culture”, I’d say you’re spot on. Thomas Sowell has written extensively on how culture is probably the most important factor in “success”, including in education.
