Mr. Huggins: IIRC, neither Diana Rigg nor Uma Thurman is a super-voluptuous lady; they both are of slim build. I guess if one is preferred over the other, it would be simply a matter of taste.

That’s exactly right, Pam. Ilama doesn’t look like either Diana Rigg or Uma Thurman. Nevertheless, her pose and attitude strike me as being the very essence of the fictitious Emma Peel. That’s why she’s got my vote for the role.

Forgot to add… the green coat is way cool. Sets off your black hair and glasses. I agree that in your pix, you seem to project something of the attitude of a “Mrs. Peel,” though neither Diana Rigg nor Uma Thurman resembles you.

The “real” Emma Peel was Diana Rigg. She makes Uma thurman look like a little boy.

Ilana, Carolus is referring to the character of Mrs. Emma Peel in the old TV show “The Avengers.” Also to the movie of the same name starring Uma Thurman.
