Maybe they aren’t so wrong after all…

3rd speaking part in Scene 5:

(just googled: full of sound and fury signifying nothing)

Another good term applicable to Citizen Messiah Obama is “World Saver” – a Mencken specialty as in:

” Counting out Harding as a cipher only, Dr. Coolidge was preceded by one World Saver and followed by two more. What enlightened American, having to choose between any of them and another Coolidge, would hesitate for an instant? There were no thrills while he reigned, but neither were there any headaches. He had no ideas, and he was not a nuisance”

He is following the JFK / Reagan Berlin Bombast tradition, tearing down walls and eliminating injustice around the Globe – such as : “Will we stand for the human rights of the dissident in Burma, the blogger in Iran, or the voter in Zimbabwe? Will we give meaning to the words “never again” in Darfur?”

Who can argue with such magnificent bologna?? Noted critic William “Macbeth” Shakespeare gave this judgement of the Obama Bromide:

“Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player. That struts and frets his hour upon the stage. And then is heard no more: it is a tale – Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing.” [Great antidote to B’s banality; let us have a link.–IM]
