Ok, I followed the links, including to the 9-5-08 article which I missed when it came out and I guess Mrs. Palin looks as good as any of the models on Runners World. I’m more concerned with Mr. Bleckert’s comment.”I betcha Sarah is smarter than Barry also” Common sense is better than any other ‘intelligence marker’ by the fact that as governor she is doing her job in Alaska. Barry’s presidential mental superiority has within his first six months on the job done more present and proposed damage to the country’s economy in six months than the last three presidents combined. Nope, Barry may outdo her on a paper test, but under common sense, Mr. Bleckert is right. Sarah is smarter than Barry and probably can outrun him too.

Barry's on the job training as a chief executive of anything is POTUS , this alone should have caused the American people to give great pause in 2008. But for what ever reason they decided to ignore that. As for Sarah she is one of the people i am looking at to support, if she runs in 2012

I started running at forty, and quickly became known as ‘that nut.’ I was the only idiot running around the Oklahoma hills in Pawhuska, Ok at noon. (Summer 100 and sultry, winter 15 and humid.) Today, I’m older and wiser, my home town has a fitness center 3 1/2 miles from my house. Three times a week in the morning, after breakfast, I take the river path to the hospital, do a set of upper body stuff, walk/jog back before lunch. I would like to get back into five K's but this exercise seems to keep me sharp enough. I've never seen Sarah Palin's full body picture so I can't refer to her physically hot body at all. Unimportant anyway, when I was running five K's, all I saw of women runners were reverse profiles as they zipped past me. I’m surprised about her popularity; I thought all conservatives and libs hated her, not just some. [Well now, you have to follow the links provided, to keep up the reading tasks, and get to see Palin's fabulous figure.]

I do own expensive running shoes. But only because my podiatrist prescribed them after foot surgery. every time I put on my Brooks Beasts I fell like I'm putting Perelli P-Zeroes on a 65 VW Bug. And Yes Palin is hot! That is why libs [and some conservatives] hate her. Hot, conservative and straight. To libs that is a waste.

I'm not into running at all. I think it has to do with the fact that running was bred out of our gene pool after the Great Trek (a little innocent double meaning there that you might find amusing). Anyways, great choice going with Asics. There is a reason why almost 50% of the runners in the Comrades marathon swear by them. [I didn't know that; for me it's been trial and error.]

I only run if I’m being chased. But I do like a good trek with a moderate pack. (I’m with you; if I’m not behind locked doors or in the car, I’m scanning for threats.) Then lots of push-ups and rifle drills. Squats are my least favorite and I’ve been known to talk myself out of doing them with really flimsy arguments.
