It should be applied immediately upon coming out of their mouths whether it is enacted or not, and it should be extracted from them for the remainder of their lives. It should apply to former politicians as well. Any rights they seek to infringe should be immediately forfeited by them, for life. The would-be victims could be put in charge of enforcement. Ahhh, utopia! I can dream, can’t I?
