This whole “attachment parenting” thing is bizarre to me. When I saw that photo, I truly thought that kid was at least 10 years old!! To me, this whole parenting fad is to treat children as “mini-me’s”, devoid of any individuality.

I’m not a parent, although I would like to have children. I thought the point of having children was to raise them to be independent entities. Breast-feeding a child until 4 years old is not healthy.

Myron, the reason people “come out of the closet” and make public their perversions is that they hate themslves and want some sort of public acceptance, grudging though it is. If they force their way into the norm then they can delude themselves that they are the norm. The rest of us then become bigots. Me, a bigot? You bet I am.

The rival to Time’s Prurient Cover has Newsweek annointing our Messianic President with “sainthood” for sanctifying gay marriage (although the gutless Obama, in his typical self-centered hypocrisy, actually did nothing). One of my distant relatives whose kid attended Jewish Day School with my daughter posted on Facebook praise for Israel for hosting a Gay Pride Parade in Tel Aviv (do we additionally praise them if they have a Cannabilism Parade in Haifa, Baal Worship in Bnai Brak and a Torah Desecration Bonfire in Jerusalem??). Meanwhile, I got denounced because I donate to the “evil homophobic Salvation Army” which provided aid to 30,000,000 people last year (I don’t think they did sexuality tests in order to get a cup of Chowder or emergency shelter in the winter!).

I’m apathetic concerning every individual’s personal perversion and two guys in love or some Mom-Son silliness is not going to make me imitate this – why can’t people keep their lives PRIVATE?? But why heap praise upon this nonsense????
