I’m sure there is a demand for low cost medicine and reasonable insurance policies – and the free market should be allowed to meet that demand with iterative trial and error and free choice of individuals.

Oh that’s right, our Messiah has not even managed a 7-11 – but he’s good enough to direct the billions of medical decisions made by Americans every year.
