At best the federal government is a massive, amoeba-like blob of over paid and under motivated, except when covering their asses in a crisis, clerks who are equally disinterested and incompetent. Mix this with the ideological quirks required by their political masters paying allegience to the various politically correct lunatic fringe groups and you get the “boobus Americanus” government worker. Just think: This is what is going to run our health system. What a revolting development.

According to this essay, “the system” is cumbersome, careless and prone to massive error. But that’s not true. Our political system is not inept; it is murderous.

For instance, there was a surprise attack about 70 years ago on American soil that, to certain highly placed Americans, was no surprise at all. This has been proven.

I doubt that George W. Bush was a stumble-bumble who fell asleep on his watch.

One of the primary duties of government employees it to COVER THEIR ASS! It only gets worse when the lack of coordination leads to a “Homeland Security Coordinator” which leads to the Department of Homeland Security. Then later, we got a “National Intelligence Coordinator” and soon he had a 2000 person staff competing with the DoD intelligence agencies, the FBI, and the CIA. Then we will have coordinators of coordinators with more staff all keeping their unique functions! The system is designed to expland indefinitely – it works.

And even though Umar Farouk Abdulplaneabomber did not accomplish anything and was stopped by the PASSENGERS, we will have more restrictions, more TSA goons, more government. There will always be a hobgoblin (Mencken’s term) to justify more and more and more.

DOUBLE MY BUDGET OR ELSE!!!!
