For at least a decade, they’ve been littering his Arizona ranch with “trash 10 inches deep, including human waste, used toilet paper, soiled diapers, cigarette packs, clothes, backpacks, empty 1-gallon water bottles, chewing-gum wrappers and aluminum foil – which supposedly is used to pack drugs.”

Of late, rancher Roger Barnett’s property, northeast of Douglas, along Arizona Highway 80, has been vandalized by illegal aliens, who “tore up water pumps, killed calves, destroyed fences and gates, stole trucks and broke into his home.”

But at last justice. With the aid of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), the aggressors are suing Barnett for trying to evict them from his land with excessive insensitively. What’s more, U.S. District Judge John Roll agreed to hear the case–and has ruled that there was “sufficient evidence to allow the matter to be presented to a jury.”

Government, whose purpose should be to SECURE OUR RIGHTS (like protect property) – Jefferson – instead guarantees jobs, health care, and everything other than our rights! Most likely, MALDEF is being funded by the government – so it is the government taking our rights away.

    Why is anyone surprised?

I was driving to work one day a few years ago when I was nearly run off the road by a pickup full of Mexicans here in Dallas. Seems they didn’t like me leaning over to the passenger side of the car and flipping the bird at the Mexican consulate. Traffic was at a crawl, and I was in a foul mood that morning. So, I flipped the bird at the consulate as I drove by it.

But, if a picture is worth a thousand words, then this video is priceless. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdLqcOt470s&eurl=http%3a%2f%2flonewacko.co%20%20m%2fblog%2farchives%2f005734.html

So disgusting! Another disturbing item is the manufactured “rights” the tresspassers are using to sue Barnett. Without the concept of creating “civil rights” from thin air, there would be no basis for a suit- regardless of the judge’s political views.

There is a law in South Africa that if illegal squatters have erected structures on your property, or have been living in your empty house for more than 48/72 hours, you cannot remove them without assisting them in finding alternative accommodation.

[Can you name the law, please?]
