Great Britain ceased to be a great power quite some time ago, beginning with the end of WWII. The U. K. is now a welfare state overwhelmed by its former subjects, whom average Britons must pay to feed, clothe, and educate. (And when they object to foreigners on their soil, they are called “bigoted,” remember? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbhPWAMx2y0)

Average Londoners, it should be recalled, sent their children to the countryside when it became clear that the Germans in WWII were targeting that city. Some stayed, taking refuge in the Tube (London Underground) to avoid the German bombings. While their sons and husbands were overseas, British civilians paid a price for their freedom that we, in the U. S., did not experience.

More recently, new arrivals gather in locations like North London’s Finsbury Park, and cheer extremist Islamic preachers. The average Briton is wise to shut his mouth because who knows when he will be jailed for “criminal” speech?

I’d respectfully disagree that successive American administrations are unique in their contempt for their constituents. U. K. governments since the end of WWII have demonstrated similar contempt—just so long as it falls upon working-class “bigots.”

Think WEIMAR REPUBIC. Massive Inflation, which is the only way to pay off a debt like this, will force the issue of a new currency and the submission of the United Stated to a One World Economic system.

I attended the VA 11th Congressional Debate at the Jewish Community Center. The Libertarian candidate did not even respond to my e-mail when I sent out messages about there being a debate (this is so typical of the amateurishness of the LP) and was a no-show – probably also a no-invite.

I got to submit a question “What programs would you support cutting or seriously reducing”? The Democratic (left-liberal) incumbent, Connolly – actually named some things he voted against! [this way, of course, we can “afford” Obamacare] The blowhard Republican, Fimian, who has been running for 3 years (lost in 2008) – could not come up with an single example, bloviating on “cutting waste”, “forming a commission”, “earmarks”, and having a “balanced budget amendment” – pathetic.

James Ostrowski has observed the same impotence among the Tea Party Republican hacks:
