Big media’s poster boy for a bad-ass white boy appeared in court yesterday. The tards of TV had nothing but bad things to say about the placid, polite, Hispanic young man called George Zimmerman. Unburdened by brains, CNN’s Erin Burnett entertained a body-language expert to decipher Zimmerman’s demeanor. This Western equivalent of an African shaman threw her ancestor’s bones and concluded that the manifestly demure Zimmerman was seething with rage.

Alan Dershowitz, the famed civil libertarian from Harvard Law School, never ceases to impress in the apolitical stands he takes. Dershowitz denounced the prosecution’s case, which I had found suspect when, a week ago, Special prosecutor Corey opted to dismiss the Grand-Jury option.

“Dershowitz Blasts Zimmerman Prosecution: ‘Not Only Immoral, But Stupid,'” reported Breitbart.com (which continues to do good reporting):

With ABC News’ release of the George Zimmerman photo showing blood flowing freely from his head, the question becomes whether Angela Corey, the prosecutor in the case, had access to the photo before charging Zimmerman with second-degree murder.
The arrest affidavit did not mention the photograph, or the bleeding, gashes, and bruises on Zimmermans’ head. Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School stated upon release of the arrest affidavit that it was “so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge … everything in the affidavit is completely consistent with a defense of self-defense.”

Bimbo Burnett’s choice of experts countered facts with feelings—and in favor of the cause of Trayvon Martin. One was a black woman with orange hair and peacock-blue eye shadow. She turned out to be a former Florida Judge. The other was the weeping, stammering Judge who presided over the investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

On March 30, I wrote that “The facts of the case should be reviewed impartially, and the identity of the aggressor in the altercation that left Martin dead determined. The issue, of course, hinges not on who was armed, but on who was first to aggress.”

The image of “Zimmerman’s head bloody, bruised, battered” the media had delayed publishing despite threats to Zimmerman’s life. It is convincing. The neighborhood watchman had been a victim of an assault by Martin, whose memory and innocence the corporate media had cultivated by airing only pictures of an angelic-looking Trayvon, aged 12.

As a non-credentialed expert in hysteria (a complaint no longer specific to women; still specific to the unbalanced feminine psyche – see ‘hardball/softbat’ Chris Matthews, ‘180 degrees short of 360’ Andy Cooper), it is my opinion that Erin Burnett (alumnus of Goldman Sachs, member of the Council on Foreign Relations, war drum beater (Iran)) is looking for hate in all the wrong places and that hysteria and quackery are now endemic in the ‘news’ business.

As for Mr. Zimmerman, I am resolved to remain skeptical of his guilt until such time as his head has been examined by a licensed phrenologist.

This whole deal is and was a pre-ordained rail job. As far as I can tell, after shoveling all the media yak dung for the facts, Trayvon Martin was acting like a thug, attacked, injured and obviously frightened Zimmerman for his life and got shot for his trouble. If Zimmerman had been unarmed he could have easily been killed himself. Zimmerman is obviously a mild mannered sort of fellow who has been beaten down by the media and black thug lynch mob. His chances of a fair trial are nil.

Why do you even watch CNN? They’re all resemble Pee Wee Herman with overcoats covering their laps!

Very early on, there was some speculation as to charges against Z and the implications of a trial. Someone (I do not remember who) suggested that a second degree murder charge could not be successfully prosecuted and would result in an OJ Simpson repeat.

I suggest that the prosecutor is well aware of this and has. on instruction, merely postponed the inevitable.

What a sack of equine residue!

There are very sound reasons (legal, self-protection, stop a confrontation before it starts) why police then to have 2 or 4 police before they approach a suspect. “Hero” Zimmerman appears to have used very unsound judgment if he was safe in a car and Travon was on foot. However, unsound judgment is not criminal. As for second degree murder, that certainly sounds like an overstretch at minimum and will be very very difficult to prove “beyond a reasonable doubt” to a unanimous jury. At best, one might have a negligent homicide of manslaughter derivative accusation to prove:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperfect_self-defense

which also require guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt”.

Of course, Zimmerman could elevate himself to MARTYR by publicly appearing at a pre-announced location like in front of the Florida State House or the White House and waiting for the Black Panther Lynch Mob to show up (perhaps with Obama joining in since he might “look like” the lynch mob!).

Erin Burnett apparently looked good on the cover of Maxim magazine even if she has nothing to say on topic. The ubercynic Fred Reed probably does not look as good in lingerie but he has dire predictions if Zimmerman gets exonerated:

Had “no limit nigga” killed Zimmerman, we would never had heard of this case. Just another crime stat and a quick shove thru the revolving door; like the Tulsa situation, where Black killed White and got 6 years and, when White struck back, it’s Murder One plus “hate crime”. As it stands, I’m sure the lawyers can arrange a jury that either deadlocks or acquits.

[Had to censor the last sentence, but it was mighty funny, CF.]

Mr. Zimmerman has posted bail of 150,000 dollars. From what I gather he went through a bondsman; who charge ten percent for the loan; fifteen thousand cash up front; but, the liability is 150,000 if the bond is forfeit. That reflects assets worth 150,000. In an early article, his neighbors said he was a good neighbor, kept his home up and helped other people in his area. In sum; he is and was a responsible, working middle class citizen just like most of us. Interesting how, the media fails to mention this.

Your description of the black women judges sent a shudder up my spine. I had flashbacks to living in south Georgia and trying to tend to simple tasks involving the DMV and the tax assessor’s office.

The black women employees treat you as if they are smart and you are dumb. Instead of answering a question, they will continually ask you a question in return. It is exhausting.

God forbid a non-black person would be tried by a half black jury with a presiding black female judge.

  8. lonegranger

    Here it is!!!

    Ryan’s comment is very telling.

Africans and Europeans have, in effect, developed separately for at least 2000 generations. Epigenetic effects in gene expression is evident in too many areas to realistically incorporate racial integrity in a social invention.

While still the same species, there exists too wide a difference in essential values to expect one race to be comfortable in a society developed by another race, often with diametrically opposed values. It doesn’t mean that one race is superior to another except when bound in the milieu of another!

It’s comical to see a white boy swaggering around in dreadlocks or a black man walking around with a stick up his butt, both ineptly imitating something that they’re not! Instinct demands that races remain socially separate just as they are today and will remain so as long as races exist. Instinct is built-in. Hate is something you learn.

    Have a swell day!

I’ve had a few encounters with a CF. A really bad guy; hear he’s reformed but I doubt it. U did right to kick him off your site.

[And I’ve argued that multiple-personality disorder is fiction… “You” and CF seem to contradict that.]

To Lonegranger: Your comments are not only perfectly logical but should be equally obvious to all. Alas, they aren’t obvious. It’s our own fault. Instead of importing Africans we should have picked our own cotton.

@Ilana – theories must be adjusted to fit facts. Jack Vance, THE BOOK OF DREAMS, P. 111: “you are destructively beautiful; you have brought dissent to the colors of my soul. Red lusts; Blue feels a melancholy longing; Green would cause you pain…But nothing will be done.” And besides, you yourself are gradually embracing the exiled CF’s viewpoints on Israel and related issues.
