FACEBOOK “FRIENDSHIP” POLICY (from May 2012): This Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/ilanamercer.libertarian) is a forum from which the work done on sites such as www.ilanamercer.com and http://barelyablog.com/ is championed.

Starting in May, 2012, a precondition for Facebook “Friendship” is a general interest in this work. Please send your Facebook-Friendship request my way only once you have “Liked” (as a first step, we hope) the Facebook Fan Page of “Into The Cannibal’s Pot” (@ https://www.facebook.com/IntoTheCannibalsPot), by adding The Cannibal to your Book Favorites, and after you’ve attached a message explaining why you’d like to “Friend” me.

In my experience, dyed-in-the-wool Republicans and libertarians (this writer is a paleolibertarian) have little in common.
