‘José Medellín’s Dead; Cue The Mariachi Band’

As I write in “José Medellín’s Dead; Cue The Mariachi Band,” my new WND column, “local, international, and loco “liberati” fought ferociously for José Medellín’s life.”

“After raping Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Peña in every which way possible, Medellín proceeded to strangle, slash, and stomp the young girls to death.” He was executed on August 5, 2008, by the (dashing) governor of Texas, Rick Perry.

“But the case … roiled liberals, for they had uncovered—or, rather, minted—new rights: ‘consular rights.’”

But, as I contend, “a procedural default such as the failure to apprise a defendant of his consular contacts is never a violation of a natural right. ‘Consular rights’ are of a piece with Miranda rights and the Exclusionary Rule—technicalities tarted up as real rights.”

For details of how Bush wrestled a crocodile for Medellín, read the complete column, “José Medellín’s Dead; Cue The Mariachi Band,” on WorldNetDaily.com.

I truly hope the families of these two girls read this blog. I’ve been waiting with trepedation for the end of this, and I am overjoyed at the result. Forget the Mariachi Band, send in the State Band, organize all the State Guard Units, get all the high schools together, and have a blow out celebration of justice. Start in front of the Capitol Building, and run the parade around the Mexican Consulate three times.
For sixty years after giving Europe life back, we’ve been kowtowing to the same mentality that brought Hitler to power: craven cowardice. Murderers should be executed, mass murderers should be beaten and broken then executed. The politicians who craved this man’s life should get his blood in a jar. It is already on their hands, along with that of the victims. I’m wishing I were a Texan right now, no matter how happy I am living in North Carolina. This is a real victory for the victims, slaughtered by animals, and disrespected by every mealy mouthed politician and lawyer who said “we just want justice for the accused”. We need to share this through out the Nation and change our acession to that foul language of international stupidity.

That stone hearted insensates should rally to the likes of Medellin is not surprising. Their kind, like the poor, we will always have with us. That the government should connive with them and “internationales” is beyond disheartening. I suspect it was only bad place/luck/timing that put an end to Medellin. Retribution such as Texas is famous for is ripe for an “enlightenment”. One can only hope it never happens.

Another excellent article describing the treasonous activity of the New World Order Government which seeks to destroy the United States. We do not have another four years to wait; it will be too late to save the United States, if we do not act now, to reverse the tide of illegal immigration and reverse the tide of legal immigration from third world countries. It seems that the treasonous New World Order Government wishes to turn the United States into a third world country.

I could never understand those who defend the heinous. What is with those people? Mexico wins no points for seeking to defend such trash.

    Good for Governor Perry:
“But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come upon them.”

Bravo for another excellent article, Ilana. You know this story reminds me of that trash we were discussing last week, the bus-beheader, except this story has the proper ending albeit very late. Most disgusting are those politicians who will gladly forfeit justice for victims’ families for the “greater good” of globalism. Heck, what do somebody’s raped and murdered daughters matter when compared with the chance to “be at one” with the One Worlders?

Good job Gov. Perry! You stood up for these two girls; their honor, name, identity, their existence, their parents, friends, all those whom these young lives touched. I am proud that you enforced the laws of Texas, as something had to be done. The legal system seems to protect criminals and scoff at the notion of the innocent. “An eye for an eye”. Ignore the criticisms of the morally inept and continue to set an example that someone has the strength to uphold the law and do what was right.

A dear sweet friend of mine was slowly tortured and bludgeoned to death by a creep who was a few months shy of his 18th birthday. She had worked as a nurse in Israel and liked the desert. She was going to take a visiting nurse assignment in Saudi Arabia but all her friends said it was not safe for a pretty blonde American to work by herself there – so instead she worked in Arizona and had just settled in on her first permanent job and house – but her killer wanted her Toyota pickup truck.
Her Mom came out for the trial and the sentencing and the jury gave the death penalty – however, the Supreme Court, deferring to “European sensitivity”, said recently that the 17.8 year old creep did not “appreciate” that torturing women was wrong – so he is still alive and has some creepy web site

where he can complain about being lonely or not having enough cable channels in his prison cell! Congratulations to Governor Perry and Texas for providing JUSTICE. Sadly, modern day governments seem to be impervious to exercising proper judgment between guilty and innocent.

Fifteen years ago Medellin should have left the planet.
How the President can go to bat for this murderer, and yet refuse to pardon the two Border Patrol agents is
something that makes me very upset! I have said many times that the President has no buisness whatsoever talking about “Home Land Security”! This is a horrendous injustice, and it is on the American people, but first and foremost on the two Border Patrol agents. Also very dissapointing to me was the lack of support I have (NOT) seen from the Border Patrol themselves. They aren’t the kind of people I would want watching my back. All they are interested in is picking up their paychecks and putting their tails between their legs and clearly show how selfish they are. Zero Loyalty from the top down. Even NFL football players occasionaly wear a black arm band to protest something in the NFL. And this is just a game. If I was a Border Patrolman when this happened I would have laid my badge down on the CO’s desk, and promptly looked for another job. And it would absolutely not be a Federal Job dispite the paycheck. Martin Berrow

GWB has two daughters, also. If something bad had happened to them, do you think for one moment that their dad would have embraced the globalist position rather than seeking justice? I heartily doubt it. The same regard for justice should be shown in the case of every victim, regardless of whose child they were.

[By the same token, if only those two girls were forced to enlist in Iraq.–IM]
