Deviants At DOJ Issue Diversity Directive

No need to wonder what “Barry Soetoro Frankenstein” meant by improving educational standards in his State of the Union address.

“Last month,” reports the New York Times, “the Obama administration issued important guidance to colleges and universities on how to increase racial diversity on campuses, explaining ways to navigate the narrow legal channel charted by the Supreme Court.”

Basically, the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division has been using its budget to advance factional interests, advising universities on how to vigorously incorporate race into student selection process without running afoul of the law.

One way these deviants operate is through “Pipeline Programs.” “An institution could form partnerships with other institutions of higher education, such as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), other minority-serving institutions, or community colleges to help the institution increase diversity.”

The “GUIDANCE ON THE VOLUNTARY USE OF RACE TO ACHIEVE DIVERSITY IN POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION” is full of such legal tactical maneuvers.

The document you refer to is at first hard to decipher, but then you read it again, replacing ‘dispel stereotypes’ with ‘hide reality’ and so on, and it becomes crystal clear.

Having already vigorously incorporated race, ethnicity, sex, and ideology into student selection process (and teacher selection process) it only remains for them to take the next step – incorporate the tenaciously stupid. Ban the SATs et al. Just have a drive up window and foist a student loan on everyone stupid enough to want one.

I read somewhere approximately a year ago that the ‘Student Loan Debt’ was higher than the mortgage debt. In a mortgage, walk away from the home; in a student loan, you are in debt for your life or you get it paid. It’s just a pitch to get more suckers, especially minorities, indebted into life long slavery. We can be assured that the leading Republicans endorse this policy.

Robert, you’re confusing the mortgage debt totals with credit card debt. The mortgage debt is around $13 trillion, student loan debt is around $1 trillion, and credit card debt is about $800 billion:

Why should “diversity” be a goal at all? Do I care if my computer or cellphone was made by Koreans or Finns or Blacks or Whites or Lesbians or Catholics?

Why should there be a Department of Education? And lastly, while Obama and his Frankenstein mentors LEAD this march to mediocrity, why do Repulicans continue to expand the Department of Education when they get the chance???

No, I’m not confusing anything. I was quoting an article I read in regard to Student Loans, because one of my grandsons was planning on going to college. I can’t find the article and may have chucked it when I found that my input was not desired. The debt clock was not part of my equation. If I misstated something; I apologize for a faulty memory, but the point I was trying to make was that if one has just about any form of debt, they can get out of it, EXCEPT student loans. How large they are in comparison to mortgages is a rabbit trail. A student loan can follow a person for a lifetime and the government can garnishee your Social Security Check if they want to. Obama is not doing minors any favors by making it easier to get into college to get a worthless degree and pay off a college loan on a short order cook’s salary.

While I do enjoy My Ron-Paul I’s posts, I have to take one slight exception to this one. While I certainly do not believe in diversity, I would prefer if more of the products I purchased were made by Americans. That might not go over too well with pure libertarians, but on trade I find myself siding with Pat Buchanan more than Ron Paul.

I discussed this subject with a close family friend who is a well connected (and well paid) K Street lawyer, and obviously a partisan Democrat. He indicated that his firm tosses aside all applicants from Howard University (an HBCU in DC) because it is known universally that HBCU’s have profoundly lower standards. This is amazing because a true believer in equality admits this, and also because American colleges are already dragged down by our egalitarian sickness. God only knows how low the standards of HBCU’s are.
