“Utopian libertarians are especially fond of claiming the welfare state is the sole reason illegal immigrants cost much more ($26.3 billion) than they contribute ($16 billion). Were it not for its provisions, they say, these unskilled, uneducated, non-English speakers would become a boon—not a burden—to the communities they infiltrate. In its determinism, the thinking of the love-in-at-the-border libertarian is indistinguishable from that of the left-liberal. Both see the social environment as the single most important determinant of behavior.
However, what of this cohort’s cultivated militant distinctiveness? What about crime and disease? Will these dissipate with the unlikely dissolution of the welfare state? I suggest the hippies have confused the causal sequence. The point of departure is the quality of immigrants entering the U.S, post the 1965 Immigration Act. For the kind of immigrant given preference under current policy, welfare is more of a magnet. Also ignored by La-Raza libertarians is the evidence of the rapid acculturation among post-1965 immigrants to U.S. largess: the longer these immigrants reside in the country, the likelier they are to receive welfare…”

Bernhard’s slur, the focus of conservative ire, however, isn’t the salient feature in this coarse creature’s shtick. Her delivery is: its contents; her demeanor — everything about this woman is sickening. Allow me to talk you through the MAC ad, which I’ve transcribed verbatim. If it appears disjointed and nonsensical, it’s because this folderol is intended as a bit of choppy, esoteric, performance poetry.”

In The White Man’s Burden, William Easterly quotes a figure of aid given to Africa of half a trillion dollars. So, give or take a couple of hundred million either way, at which point exactly will governments, aid Agencies , politicians and the liberal left wake up to the fact that they might as well have flushed most of this money down the good old toilet for the amount of real aid this money purchased. Zimbabwe is now flat broke. People are starving and a once-thriving agricultural economy is all but non existent. As one travels north from SA the picture just repeats itself. The only real improvements seem to be to the residences, holiday homes , motor vehicle fleets, and weapon stashes of Africa’s numerous dictators and their goons. Starving people be damned.

South African society is becoming more corrupt by the hour, and our national past time is now violent crime (including rape and child rape) and corruption. Apartheid’s fault , right Angelina?
Your article “Angelina’s color coded kids is, unfortunately, spot on the button. Until the Jolies , Bonos and their ilk wake up to the real causes of Africa’s problems, you might as well get ready to watch another couple of trillion dollars being flushed down the same hole ,while poverty, death and disease continue to escalate. Reminds me of the words from Pete Seegers song ” Where have all the flowers gone.

It’s natural to be more inclined to critique the current political guard and its unquestioning supporters. Since we labor under a terribly corrupt Republican administration, one tends to forget what members of the “egalitarian” left are like. I’ll continue to post reminders of the sweep of their prejudice as I get them.–ILANA

In your world, big business should go unregulated…the American South was not as racist as Hollywood portrays it, gays should be concerned about privacy issues rather than being accepted by society, technically proficient music is better than music that sounds good; white men are an oppressed minority.

You’re married to a White man. You’ve had to modify your position to make it palatable to your own existence….You would do well in the new White Nationalist movements if only you could be White (perhaps you can pass as one now with your new surname?).
