Condomed By Law

Criminal Injustice, Europe, Feminism, Justice, Law, Sex

Swedish women are more knavish than their American sisters. And Swedish sexual harassment law is more diabolical than anything American feminist jurist Catharine Mackinnon could dream up in her sweetest dreams—Mackinnon’s baleful influence on American and Canadian jurisprudence cannot be underestimated.

The San Francisco Chronicle:

Apparently having consensual sex in Sweden without a condom is punishable by a term of imprisonment of a minimum of two years for rape. That is the basis for a reinstitution of rape charges against WikiLeaks figurehead Julian Assange that is destined to make Sweden and its justice system the laughing stock of the world and dramatically damage its reputation as a model of modernity….
The women here are near to and over 30 and have international experience, some of it working in Swedish government embassies. There is no suggestion of drugs nor identity concealment. Far from it. Both women boasted of their celebrity connection to Assange after the events that they would now see him destroyed for….
The phenomena of social networking through the internet and mobile phones constrains Swedish authorities from augmenting the evidence against Assange because it would look even less credible in the face of tweets by Anna Ardin and SMS texts by Sofia Wilen boasting of their respective conquests after the crimes.

In the case of Ardin it is clear that she has thrown a party in Assange’s honour at her flat after the “crime” and tweeted to her followers that she is with the the world’s coolest smartest people, it’s amazing!”. Go on the internet and see for yourself. That Ardin has sought unsuccessfully to delete these exculpatory tweets from the public record should be a matter of grave concern. That she has published on the internet a guide on how to get revenge on cheating boyfriends ever graver. The exact content of WilÃ’s mobile phone texts is not yet known but their bragging and exculpatory character has been confirmed by Swedish prosecutors. Neither Wilen’s nor Ardin’s texts complain of rape.

Chris Matthews’ Second (Daytime) Nocturnal Emission

Barack Obama, Bush, Homosexuality, Journalism, Left-Liberalism And Progressivisim, Media, Sex

The day Obama sacked Stanley was a good day for MSNBC’s Chris Matthews. As I observed, “Chris managed to disguise arousal with folderol about the act instantiating the genius of the Constitution.” Famous for experiencing something akin to a nocturnal emission when BHO was crowned—“thrill up the leg” he called it—Chris is now calling on Obama to become his Enforcer; make him feel as though BHO is cracking that whip. Hmmm. If I recall, Matthews didn’t much like it when The Decider did IT to him.

Updated: Sleeping With Your Sources

Ethics, Journalism, Media, Morality, Sex

The sycophantic media sleeps with its sources. Here is Ben Shapiro on some of the more unethical, incestuous relations between media and politics, starting with the latest coupling:

“Psychologists are not supposed to sleep with their clients. Neither are lawyers. Bosses aren’t supposed to sleep with their secretaries. Professors are generally not allowed to sleep with their students. Yet reporters are somehow supposed to be immune from the implicit biases associated with having sex with the people they’re covering.”

ABC correspondent Bianna Golodryga is sleeping with the nerdiest elephant in the circus [“Obama budget boss Peter Orszag”] And she happens to be one of the lead reporters on the circus. Which makes her a clown rather than a reporter. Golodryga never should have gotten involved with Orszag. Now that she is, ABC News should move her to another division of their news bureau.

“The media is treating this whole story as a seedy morality play starring an incredibly nerdy Director of OMB. But even though it now appears that Orszag was spreading his seed just as profligately as taxpayer money, that isn’t the real story.”

Update: The beauty and the beast share one thing: a beastly philosophy of statism and interventionism. Somewhere Mr. Ugly said he likes the girl because she’s Jewish and gets up earlier than he. Golodryg has been twittering about how handsome he is. Stupid.

Violent, vicious rape, compounded by the very real risk of HIV infection, are a feature of female philanthropy in Africa, and in Haiti—that “Piece Of Africa Transported To The New World.” However, so deeply silly is the prototypical, progressive white woman, in her fantasies (let’s be honest; these are sexual) of rescuing the world, that she discards this reality.

Or, rapes reality with fictitious political constructs to exonerate her rapist and solve her inner-conflict.

Vox Day and his readers
are particularly funny in their responses to this not-so-funny stale tale of a self-styled scholar and do-gooder, who travels to Haiti on a rescue mission, only to get raped repeatedly and viciously by the flesh-and-blood object of her advocacy and idiotic projections.

Her rapist could probably have had his way with her, but he preferred to hurt her. Badly. Why? Because the freewheeling, uninhibited spirit this woman so admires moved him in that direction; the act turned him on! Still, all she, Amanda Kijera, takes away from this is a renewed commitment to her oppressed oppressor.

Update (May 3):

• To the usually incredibly skeptical Van Wijk: It is my tendency not to believe this sort of female’s tales of familial abuse. Repressed memory syndrome; satanic ritual abuse: This type of woman would have experienced them all … in her own family. Our educational, cultural and political milieus nurtures the febrile imaginations of feeble-minded fems. To be considered abusive by their relative, it would have been sufficient for Kijera’s kin to be white, christian or conservative.

• George: About the “PMV – Presidential Medal of Victimhood”; rest assured that among Anderson Cooper’s carefully color-coded select “CNN Heroes,” a place will be found for “Women who Went Back For More.” Perhaps AC will even film the ladies as they venture into the lion’s den, much as he films himself swimming with Great Whites.
