UPDATED (3/21/019): Dethroning John McCain: One Of President Trump’s Great Achievements

Criminal Injustice, Donald Trump, History, John McCain, Morality, War

President Trump: “I was never a fan of John McCain and I never will be.”

One of the great things about Donald Trump is that he dethroned John McCain, who was certainly a mediocre man and not a very good man at that.

(See: “John McCain: Deeply Flawed, Unstable Man Of Limited Intelligence And Low Character.”)

What’s more, Trump’s sensibility is correct. There are plenty of principled reasons for which to dislike John McCain, other than his career warmongering.

Americans owe a debt of gratitude to a great and principled war reporter (also a war veteran) by the name of Sydney Schanberg.

Honor the late Mr. Schanberg, not John McCain, by reading his courageous, sadly futile, attempts at exposing the senator for his “POW cover-up.”

Yes, McCain was, it woudl appear, “the “war hero” and presidential candidate who “buried information about POWs left behind in Vietnam.”

UPDATED (10/1): Lindsey Graham’s “Spontaneous” Outrage

Elections, John McCain, Justice, Neoconservatism, Republicans

How Americans can believe a snake like Lindsey Graham is beyond me. It’s all about situational politics. And people fall for it—forgetting the man’s history of fecklessness. He has no principles. This is the late John McCain’s bosom buddy coming into his own, now that McCain is dead.

The man, Graham, is the foulest of politicians. But cunning. He has read the Republican base before a midterm. That’s all. Graham’s “spontaneous” outrage over the travesty against Brett Kavanaugh was so staged, likely rehearsed. What worries is that Republican voters are so desperate as to embrace the snake.

A healthy reaction to Graham should be this: “OK, you are behaving like a human being, for once. But watch it; you’re on probation. It you, Sen. Graham, agitate for wars against Iran or Syria, open borders (as has been your position hitherto), amnesty and against The Wall—you’re OUT.”

UPDATE 10/1: FACEBOOK Thread

Lindsey Graham is a snake who spent his political career writhing in the pit with another viper, John McCain. Graham has realized that his time is up; that he’d better do something right—represent Americans—aside make mainstream media love him.

UPDATED (9/17/018): Sen. Flake Steps Into McCain’s Shoes As Republican Saboteur, Forever Looking Out For … Democrats

Criminal Injustice, Democrats, John McCain, Law, Republicans, Sex, The Courts

Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona has stepped into the role of John McCain as Republican scold and saboteur, forever looking out for the interests of … the Democrats, not to mention his own legacy as swamp creature.

And now, the flake from Arizona is helping to sabotage the nomination to the Supreme Court of Brett Kavanaugh. After all, when it comes to white males, there is no statute of limitation on their crimes and evil. They must be stopped. No evidence needed. Due process be damned.

By now you know that one,

Christine Blasey Ford provided a detailed and graphic account published by the Washington Post earlier Sunday recalling the sexual assault she says occurred when both she and Kavanaugh were in high school. …

… Flake … told Politico this: “If they push forward without any attempt with hearing what she’s had to say, I’m not comfortable voting yes…We need to hear from her. And I don’t think I’m alone in this.”
In response, Kavanaugh “categorically and unequivocally” denied the allegation.

MORE at Mediate.

AND, if you miss John McCain, fear not. Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) & Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) will pick up the slack. Flake, aforementioned, too. Recall how they & the late Johnny defeated legislation to scrap the Affordable Care Act?

UPDATE (9/17/018):

It’s not available yet with a Google search, naturally, but meek Mitch McConnell has just come out in a full-throated repudiation of the attack on #Kavanaugh. Good. Now LET’S HAVE A CONFIRMATION VOTE.

It makes a BIG difference how long ago accusations of rape occurred, because of EVIDENCE. At least in a western court of law, you still need evidence to mount a case against a man presumed innocent until proven guilty.

John McCain: “Deeply Flawed, Unstable Man Of Limited Intelligence And Low Character”

“THE VERDICT – John McCain was a deeply flawed, unstable man of limited intelligence and low character. In the field of world affairs and domestic politics alike, he had never had a reasonable or useful idea.”—Srdja Trifkovic.
