Are Liberals Turned-On By Turning The Other (Gluteus Maximus) Cheek?

Feminism, Gender, Islam, Left-Liberalism And Progressivisim, Multiculturalism, Sex, The West

In this column, “Are Liberals Turned-On By Turning The Other (Gluteus Maximus) Cheek?,” we revisit the curious case of the Norwegian politician, Karsten Nordal Hauken, “who … was raped by a Somalian asylum seeker.” Hauken has since come up with a penetrating observation about the ordeal: He might not have been raped after all, but simply subjected to “a cultural difference.”

A Norwegian male was raped by a Somali asylum seeker. The last term—Somali asylum seeker—is something of a contradiction like the first (Norwegian man). The asylum-seeker honorific is given to practically anyone from the Dark Continent or the Middle-East who washes up on Continental Europe’s shores.

The politician, Karsten Nordal Hauken, who says he’s heterosexual, went public with the details of his awful ordeal. “I was raped by a Somalian asylum seeker,” he wrote in a Norwegian newspaper. “My life fell into ruin.”

But it was Nordal Hauken, not his assailant, who proceeded to assault sensibilities with a confession that rivals the crime for reprehensibility. Hyperbole? I don’t think so.

As Hauken, a self-described left-wing feminist, tells it, he has been wracked by guilt because one night of passion has caused his Somali assailant to be returned to sender. After resting up in a Norwegian prison, the rapist is said to have been deported to Somalia. (I can find no evidence of said rapist’s whereabouts. Maybe he’s en route to the US?) Hauken laments being overcome by “a strong feeling of guilt and responsibility. I was the reason that he would not be in Norway anymore … .”

Milo On ‘The Wretchedly Unfunny Amy Schumer’

Education, Left-Liberalism And Progressivisim, Political Correctness, Pop-Culture, Sex

From my “Mindless, Mirthless Millennial” post (yes, your kids, if you’re not careful):

Millennials likely don’t know what mirthless means. Most of them are pig-ignorant even when “educated” or “well-traveled.” As I continue to discover in my own interactions, Millennials are diversity hating, unless “diversity” is defined as skin color or some other overt, exotic, cultural, culinary or sexual display. Minds that are different Millenials cannot and will not abide. Conformity is their thing.

Similar findings are being reported by some of our smarter, and certainly iconic, comedians—satirists, really.

As was noted in “Race And The American Millennial’s Brain Rot,” “comedian Chris Rock recently confessed that he avoids doing his stand-up routine in front of millennial audiences. ‘You can’t say ‘the black kid over there.’ No, it’s ‘the guy with the red shoes.’ You can’t even be offensive on your way to being inoffensive.”

Jerry Seinfeld says he “avoids doing shows on college campuses. … College kids today are too politically correct.” His own daughter has been brainwashed into drone-like sanctimony. Via Entertainment Weekly:

“I hear that all the time,” Seinfeld said on The Herd with Colin Cowherd. “I don’t play colleges, but I hear a lot of people tell me, ‘Don’t go near colleges. They’re so PC.’”

Seinfeld says teens and college-aged kids don’t understand what it means to throw around certain politically-correct terms. “They just want to use these words: ‘That’s racist;’ ‘That’s sexist;’ ‘That’s prejudice,’” he said. “They don’t know what the f—k they’re talking about.”

The funnyman went on to recount a conversation he and his wife had with their 14-year-old daughter, which he believes proved his point.

“My wife says to her, ‘Well, you know, in the next couple years, I think maybe you’re going to want to be hanging around the city more on the weekends, so you can see boys,’” Seinfeld recalled. “You know what my daughter says? She says, ‘That’s sexist.’”

Your publicly schooled kids are heading toward the same insufferable condition.

Now Milo Yiannopoulos, who says “he’s a crusader in a righteous cause, opposing the cultural tyranny of the Left,” adds this:

In addition to policing video games, comic books, sci-fi movies, and college campuses, Yiannopoulos feels the Left is also winning the fight to define what’s funny, citing Chris Rock’s and Jerry Seinfeld’s complaints that comedians can no longer push boundaries when performing on campuses. “The only ones succeeding in comedy are the ones playing victim, the wretchedly unfunny Amy Schumers,” he says. “She explicitly sends the message that they should behave like a man—burp and fart and shit and have lots of sex. And these women are going to wind up lonely. If you give a shit about impressionable young women, you have to hate Amy Schumer.”

Other than that, the amusing Milo seems to have very loose sexual mores.

MORE Milo.

PRUDE NATION? Only When It Comes To Trump

Art, Donald Trump, Media, Politics, Pop-Culture, Republicans, Sex, The Zeitgeist

The lewder, more pornographic, and less talented at their craft pop icons become, the louder the Left lauds their artistically dodgy output. Miley Cyrus was mocked before she began twerking tush, gyrating crotch and twirling tongue. Only then had she arrived as an artist in the eyes of “critics” on the Left. Ditto Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian. The last launched a career with a sex tape and cultivated ass elephantiasis; and viola!

Cyrus, Beyoncé, Gaga, Madonna, Lena Dunham, et al.: There’s zero artistic range there. The power of the average pop artist and her products lies in the pornography that is her “art,” in her hackneyed political posturing, and in the fantastic technology that is Auto-Tune.

In a culture dominated by the left, vulgar and vacuousness is conflated with quality and edginess. So why is everyone apoplectic over a few naughty references and allusions in the presidential debates (begun by goody-goody Marco Rubio)?

Left and Right: everyone is distraught over the political strutting ongoing on the Republican stage.

Give me a break!

I bet you that if Bernie Sanders got a little frisky the Left would think him adorable.

Meet Lovely Amy Lindsay, Ted Cruz’s Missed Opportunity

Feminism, Gender, libertarianism, Republicans, Sex, Welfare

With Amy Lindsay, Ted Cruz, standing for president, had an opportunity to support a charming, gracious and smart lady, who had acted in one of his campaign ads (below), later to be pulled by the senator’s campaign because Ms. Lindsay had also starred in a naughty film or two.

The libertarian-leaning Ms. Lindsay is, by her own admission, extremely conservative fiscally, likes Ted Cruz—so she was doing his ad because it comported with her beliefs—and intends to vote Republican.

Here was Cruz’s opportunity to show his support for our kind of woman: doesn’t nag, doesn’t rely on welfare, doesn’t think she has the right to dictate to anyone how they use their resources and thus supports Cruz’s right to pull her ad. Can you image the fuss Sandra Fluke would make in her place?

Politically, here was Cruz’s chance to show Democrats what it means to dignify a woman’s right to make a living as she sees fit.

He blew it.

Donald Trump should employ Amy in his next ad against the three establishment Amigos: Jeb, Marco, John K.
