Now That He Won, Loser Neocons Have An Ultimatum For TRUMP

Donald Trump, Foreign Policy, Media, Nationhood, Neoconservatism, Propaganda, Republicans

In Indiana, Donald Trump effectively clinched the Republican nomination based on his America First platform. Naturally, the OUTGOING neoconservative establishmentarians have an ultimatum for him.

Well, of course.

To exulting whoops from Foxette Gretchen Carlson, the foxy war-for-the-world Pete Hegseth said it was time for Trump to stop his nonsense, quit denouncing Bush II and his Good War on Iraq, and start blaming ONLY Barack Obama for its failure.

Have the losers forgotten that “Trump Called Bush A Liar & Won South Carolina (Nevada, too)”?

The rest of the gang, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Megyn Kelly, etc., have been fulminating—suggesting Kumbaya moments and VP candidates to Trump; candidates and a unity the base has rejected for a reason.

Apparently, now that Donald Trump has won the nomination, it’s time for him to capitulate to the neoconservatives.

It’s so obvious.

So that’s what the above characters mean when they mumble about bringing the putrefied Republican Party together again.

WARNING: If Trump heeds his hosts at Fox News, he’ll lose The Country, a country he can capture.

NATO Another Noose Around The American People’s Necks

Donald Trump, Europe, Foreign Policy, Homeland Security, Nationhood, Neoconservatism, The State

Donald Trump, bless him, puts America First. He can’t help himself. And so it was, again, with his comments against NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. As with any bureaucracy, NATO is good for those it employs. The NATO superstate, however, is bad for The People, who must pay for it and live with its self-perpetuating policies and sinecured politicians.

NATO was “… formed to fight the Soviet Union . … “The USSR evaporated a quarter-century ago,” but like a zombie, “NATO has lurched along, taking on new roles. …”

Foolishly and self-servingly, the establishment, Left and Right, equates what governments do, with what the people need. These shysters, Ted Cruz included, have risen on their hind legs in defense of America’s continued membership in NATO, to the tune of 2 percent of GDP. It’s not a conscious act; like a single-celled amoeba, these single-purpose organisms thrash about in unison to preserve the physical integrity of the state structures that feed them.

Where Trump disappoints slightly is when he talks restructuring instead of disinvesting, but there’s so much one human being can say and promise to do. Mr. Trump is fearless.

UPDATE II: Chris Matthews Offers Profundities On What’s Behind Trump

America, Donald Trump, Left-Liberalism And Progressivisim, Media, Nationhood, Political Philosophy, Republicans

Chris Matthews of Hardball offered a most unusual commentary, unusual because insight and depth are rare these days at MSNBC (the network that fired Pat Buchanan):

Trump stands out there with something the other candidates lack, a compelling message. Trump speaks, like it or not, as an American. He goes after Putin [sic], the Chinese, the Pope and the presidents of Mexico. He even says he’ll be even-handed with Israel and its neighbors.

Trump speaks as a nationalist, that’s how he talks. He speaks not of how he’ll handle the job of president—how he’ll operate the government of Washington, what bills he will sign or veto, but, rather, how he will lead America in the world.

Trump’s rivals for the presidency speak of government; he speaks of country, this country, and that makes all the difference. Someone like Rubio cannot contest Trump on this level. It’s too late for him to try or even imagine fully what Trump is doing. Rubio cannot at this late stage muster a winning strategy.

Trump has one. It’s in his slogan. Make America great again.

Feedback From Trump’s Silent Majority

Donald Trump, Elections, Military, Nationhood, Race, Racism

About this week’s column, “Trump’s Invisible, Poor White Army,” our friend Bill Scott, whose story you can follow from the links provided below, writes the following:

Absolutely frappin’ brilliant! Yours is the only voice I’ve heard that nails the very real factor of the rapidly vanishing white, disenfranchised Silent Majority in Trump’s campaign. I’m forwarding this to a few dozen “silents,” including one hell of a lot of veterans, who the “Regressives” (let’s start calling them out for what they really are) have branded as terrorists.

… and I love your term, “the special-needs media.” God, that’s great!

Not so silent any more: As Trump remarked in Pensacola, Florida, last week, his followers are not the Silent Majority, but a noisy-as-hell-majority.
