Remember BAB posted about one Mosab Yousef, known as “Son of Hamas”—also the title of his book? This bright, young Palestinian underwent, first, a religious conversion, and, in short order, a political one. Once he embraced Christianity, Yousef’s political change of heart followed, and he abandoned the easy, destructive, fashionable path of the Palestinians; stopped rooting for the savagery of his Hamasnik father and joined civilization (such as it is).
Slight correction to such Bush-supporters as is Ms. Geller (who has called Bush a good man), whose post may give the impression that the current president’s policies are not a seamless continuation of those of the last. Bush would have done nothing different—and was even more of an illegal immigration enthusiast than is Obama. As I like to say, Bush would have wrestled a crocodile for a criminal alien. And he did.
Granted, Obama has been holding back on the matter of immigration because he’s pacing himself. There is only so much destruction and deconstruction the man can achieve at once. In order to push through parts of his political agenda, Obama has to bide his time with respect to other aspects thereof.
“TRUTH IS THE NEW HATE SPEECH.” While on the topic of outrages: Ms. Geller reports that PayPal has revoked her account privileges, if I understand their complaint correctly, because they contend she runs a site promoting “hate.” They have, consequently, instructed Ms/ Geller to remove her PayPal button.
This repulsive conduct on the part of PayPal follows YouTube’s reprehensible, Muslim-driven (no doubt) removal of the “We Con The World” clip (hiding being copyright claims).
The solution has to be obvious: credible competition to both PayPal and YouTube that will offer service sans the dhimmi, Acceptable-Use Policy constraints.
UPDATE (June 15): Ms. Geller, a formidable fighter, has beaten PayPal in its cowardly attempts to bully her into submission, and has brought the internet transaction company some bad, bad press.
Always on the look for an ethical, as opposed ego-driven, voice on the Right, I’ve picked up in Ms. Geller’s latest battle something quite different—unheard of among the garden variety, ego-bound, conservative female commentatorsto whom we are subjected:
“I asked what recourse do smaller websites have? As this is my real concern. My soapbox is pretty big, but what about small blogs?”
Yes, should it come under PayPal attack, Barely a Blog would never be able to generate support among mainstream conservatives as Geller has. For thinking of voices such as ours, we thank Ms. Geller.
We also thank her for bringing to our awareness an alternative to PayPal, should they continue to hound truth and freedom:

The malfunctioning media is compounding its always objective reporting with breathless adjectives—“huge,” “stunning,” “shocking” and “peroxide-haired politician”—all to express “subtle” dismay at the election victory of Dutch populist Geert Wilders. My mother, a loyal Wilders supporter, alerted me to this “huge” good-news story:
Wilders yesterday stunned the Netherlands by coming third in general elections – a historic vote that could see him enter a coalition government.
Best known for his strident attacks on Islam, Mr Wilders’ electoral triumph sent shock waves through the country’s large immigrant communities and sounded the death knell for the image of the Netherlands as a bastion of tolerance.
The shock-factor was all the greater as the peroxide-haired politician had appeared sidelined during the election campaign, as the mainstream parties focused on how to deal with the nation’s economic woes and immigration slipped down the political agenda.
Yet Mr Wilders made the strongest gains in Wednesday’s election, doubling the number of seats for his Freedom Party to 24. The pro-business VDD party – which Mr Wilders left to set up on his own – won 31 of the 150 seats up for grabs, pipping the Labour Party of former Amsterdam Mayor Job Cohen by a single seat in the narrowest ever electoral victory.
Cohen’s platform, I believe, is in the tradition of the Judenräte.
The far-right Freedom Party, led by Geert Wilders, grew from nine to 24 seats in the 150-seat parliament following Wednesday’s vote. Wilders wants to ban Muslim face veils and the building of new mosques in the country of 16.6 million with a Muslim population of 1 million.
Paul Ames, GlobalPost’s Belgium-based regional correspondent, said Wilders built on people’s fears about the influence of Islam on the Netherlands.

IHH was connected to Ahmed Ressam, an Islamic terrorist, who attempting to smuggle 1320 pounds of explosives and plant them at the Los Angeles International Airport. 5. Bulent Yildirim embraced the world view of the Muslim Brotherhood (the mentor of Hamas in Gaza) and has been a systematic supporter of – and collaborator with – Hamas. He has transferred significant amount of money to Hamas and its “charitable societies” and has promoted – during major Hamas events in Turkey – armed struggle against the Jewish State.

Gaza is a bastion of Iran and Syria-supported Hamas terrorism, launching thousands of missiles at Israel, kidnapping Israel’s Gilad Shalit and smuggling into Gaza terrorists, more precise and longer range missiles, explosives and other lethal elements. Efforts have been made to minimize such smuggling via Sinai and from the Mediterranean. 2. Israel’s aim of cooperation was demonstrated by Jerusalem’s offer to allow the “Gaza Flotilla” to reach its destination (in spite of the daily flow to Gaza – via Israel – of food, oil, cement and multitude of products) following a thorough examination of its content. 3. The “Gaza Flotilla” aim of confrontation was demonstrated by its rejection of Jerusalem’s offer and by the handguns, knives, screwdrivers, iron pipes and a gun employed by terrorists on board. In Canada, Netanyahu announced he was rushing home but said he had called the American president and agreed to meet again.”
Folks, this is what defending the homeland means. You don’t go on foreign expeditions searching for monsters to destroy; you destroy the monsters when they approach your homeland.
As usual, “Israel’s refusal to put down its guns and mobilize an army of stone throwers to throw stones back at the persecuted Arabs is equated with the crime of using excessive force.”

When the United States blockaded Cuba during the missile crisis, the State Department issued an opinion declaring the blockade to be lawful. This, despite the fact that Cuba had not engaged in any act of belligerency against the United States. Other nations have similarly enforced naval blockades to assure their own security.
The second issue is whether it is lawful to enforce a legal blockade in international waters. Again, law and practice are clear. If there is no doubt that the offending ships have made a firm determination to break the blockade, then the blockade may be enforced before the offending ships cross the line into domestic waters. Again the United States and other western countries have frequently boarded ships at high sea in order to assure their security.
Third, were those on board the flotilla innocent non-combatants or did they lose that status once they agreed to engage in the military act of breaking the blockade? Let there be no mistake about the purpose of this flotilla. It was decidedly not to provide humanitarian aid to the residents of Gaza, but rather the break the entirely lawful Israeli military blockade. The proof lies in the fact that both Israel and Egypt offered to have all the food, medicine and other humanitarian goods sent to Gaza, if the boats agreed to land in an Israeli or Egyptian port. That humanitarian offer was soundly rejected by the leaders of the flotilla who publicly announced:
