UPDATED: There Is Nothing Featherweight About Bryce Mitchell’s America First Principles

America, Europe, Federal Reserve Bank, Foreign Aid, Foreign Policy, Inflation

His martial art’s division is featherweight; but there is nothing light, fluffy or inconsequential about Bryce Mitchell’s America First principles.

Intuitively, Bryce Mitchell, a mixed martial artist, grasps the Ukraine-Russia conflict better than any of those “in-the-know,” who are willfully ignorant of the build-up to the conflict, capable only of reaching for their smelling-salts, together with the world’s brain trust (limbic-brains such as supermodels, actors—females, some with the Y chromosome—and other “activists,” having changed their activism’s focus, and the badges on their designer garments from demands for COVID compliance to policing obedience over Ukraine):

“I’m not going nowhere to fight. When war comes to Arkansas I’ll dig my boots in, fight for” those I love, land I love, the way-of-life I love.

UPDATE: Bryce Mitchell is a beautiful soul, both smart and eloquent. Tucker Carlson often says things such as, “He’s thought deeply about the issues” when it’s not always true. In the case of Bryce Mitchel it is, speaking as he did with precision about the Federal Reserve, Insider Trading and more.

“Oppression and suppression is what’s going on…” “Evil is what’s taken over this nation, evil is what it is.” “Brother God bless you,” he tells Tucker. What a sweet child.

UPDATED: Masses Crave An Opiate: From COVID Compliance To Religion On Ukraine

COVID-19, Individualism Vs. Collectivism, Music, Propaganda, Religion, Russia, War

Note how Covid conformity had been replaced with the requirement that we all find religion on Ukraine.

Duly, one of the world’s greatest conductors, Russian Valery Gergiev, was fired from his position as head of the Munich Philharmonic because he wouldn’t denounce Putin. The Free World in action!

Will they bring in the Rack? Unnecessary. Banishment from polite company and professional cancellation by right-thinking people is worse than the pain of torture on the Rack.

The masses crave an opiate. Leaders know how to exploit this quest for group-think. As soon as the usefulness of one faith (Covid) expires; another takes its place (Ukraine) courtesy of the ruling elites, and with the willing complicity of the crowds. Those who do not think in lockstep—why, they need to be banished, punished.

Illness and war involve matters of life and death. The heightened emotions surrounding matters of life and death ensures a state of constant emotional arousal, in which reason recedes.

UPDATE: His columns got Boyd Cathey a threatening phone-call. Dr. Cathey asks:

It got me to thinking about questions I ask anyone who approaches me about my stance on what is going on in Ukraine: Why the over-the-top passion on this topic? Why Ukraine? Why such an hysterical response when Ukraine and its position in Europe and in the world are not strategically important to us? After all, the United States has been on the invading-end of conflicts for decades…Bosnia, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, and so on. Yet, somehow our foreign ventures are always virtuous and noble? And what kind of outrage did we express for those hundreds of thousands of Tutsis killed in Uganda or the thousands of Kurdish inhabitants eliminated by our ally Turkey?

UPDATED (3/4): NEW COLUMN: Uncle Sam Still King Of All Invaders: Ukraine, Realpolitik & The West’s Failure

America, Bush, Europe, Foreign Policy, Homeland Security, Iraq, Morality, UN, War

NEW COLUMN, “Uncle Sam Still King Of All Invaders: Ukraine, Realpolitik & The West’s Failure,” is now on WND.COM , The Unz Review and The New American, my new home. MY FAVORITE LINE IN IT has been retained only for the Unz Review:

If Putin belongs in the Hague’s International Court of Justice, so do Genghis Bush, Dick Cheney, Condi Rice and their countless culprits. Colin Powell is already in the Hadean afterworld for his role in the invasion of Iraq.

Excerpt:

… There is something utterly obscene—as rudely shocking as the front-row viewing of the “Shock and Awe” visited on Iraq—about watching the displacement of people and the destruction of innocent lives in real time, on television, without lending a hand.

And I don’t mean a military hand.

Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky—who is the toast of the town simply because he did not skedaddle from the mess in which he mired his country—to this ass with ears goes a special award for recklessness. Not fleeing a situation largely of your making does not a hero make. Curiously, we Americans have offered Zelensky the coward’s way out, when we ought to have forced him to sit down with his foes.

Granted, America, as British paleolibertarian Sean Gabb quips, is “some kind of zombie apocalypse plus nuclear weapons that might not yet be past its use-by date. It has not won a war against an equally-matched power since it defeated itself in 1865.” However degraded, the onus is on the USA, the only so-called responsible superpower, to calmly negotiate with Putin on behalf of his innocent, weak victims. Instead, world leaders watch the suffering on TV and bemoan the fate of the sufferers. Both sides are a disgrace and a failure to have brought us thus far. Ditto NATO and the EU.

This is precisely what President Joe Biden should be shamed into doing now: talk to Putin; thrash out a cease-fire, ASAP; haggle for the lives of the population under siege because led by imbeciles. …

… Ukrainians, for their part, are tireless and wily lobbyists in Washington, way more cunning than their American counterparts. To all intents and purposes, Zelensky, head of the corrupt American client statelet that is Ukraine, had tethered the fate of his country to America, NATO and the EU, constantly trying to bend these foolish and feckless entities to his will; too much of a clown to look out for his countrymen’s safety, rather than his own popularity in the West.  …

… Having sat out the ‘67 and ‘73 wars in Israeli bomb shelters—I still remember what old-school diplomacy and statesmanship—realpolitik—sounded like. Diplomatic tools like substantive talks, a cease-fire, and an agreement between warring sides, however, have been absent from the repertoire of the two tools, Presidents Biden and Zelensky. …

UPDATE (3/4): follyofwar says on the Unz Review:

Ms. Mercer is a top-notch intellect and excellent writer. I am ashamed of my country and disgusted by the Euro weenies who refuse to extricate themselves from America’s “Iron Heel,” (a novel by Jack London).

There is a ton of hypocrisy on the “news” networks about Putin’s savagery. He’s savage alright, and his is a war of aggression. But how dare we? Remember this little Iraqi boy with the charred torso? (https://www.ilanamercer.com/2003/04/murder-by-majority/) Uncle Sam did that. What about this little armless Iraqi child and thousands like him? Did Putin disarm him? (https://www.ilanamercer.com/2003/04/on-pimps-and-presstitutes/)  LOOK at tiny Shakira, a Pakistani tot “burned beyond recognition by a U.S. drone and left for dead in a trashcan.” (https://www.ilanamercer.com/2012/02/bho-uncle-sams-assassin/)

David Vance and I almost lose their lunch over the sanctimony and hypocrisy evinced by the media, right and left, over Putin’s apparent “unparalleled” brutality. ©David Vance indicts the not-to-be-believed presstitutes who should be embedded with both sides to a conflict, but, instead, are in-bed with Ukraine.

Having sat out the 67 and 73 wars in Israeli bomb shelters —©Ilana Mercer anatomizes some features of old-school diplomacy and statesmanship—alluding to realpolitik—utterly absent from the repertoire of both Presidents Joe Biden and that ass with ears, Volodymyr Zelensky. Both are a disgrace and a failure to have brought us this far. Ditto NATO and the EU.
