Most YouTube offerings are not worth watching. The speakers drone on forever, when the substantive essence of their words could be distilled in a single unoriginal paragraph. Moreover, YouTube consumes time. Reading text is so much quicker and thus more efficient.

Trust me, then, when I say that not one words is superfluous in Tucker Carlson’s address, now on YouTube, delivered to the youth of Turning Point USA.

I found myself uncharacteristically listening to it all, disagreeing only with his blind worship of the family, per se. The emphasis, rather, ought to be on happy, adaptive, loving and reciprocal relationships. Sometimes the loved ones you choose are more of a family than the loved ones you were born to.

Carlson’s message to his youthful audience was an extension of the wisdom shared on the Tucker Carlson Show (I paraphrase):

“There is more to life than just preserving it—life must be lived to the fullest.”

Life is short. Don’t waste time, reiterated Tucker, participate in it to the fullest. Do it now. Jump face first into the pool of life. Meaning comes from other people.

Carlson warned of digitally induced dullness, in the context of things that blunt the imperative to experience life to the fullest; in the context of the need to eschew anything that causes one to miss out on life, or prevents one from engaging with [worthy] people to the fullest.

Digital distractions steal your life, he stressed. [I would add that, to the extent you have precious and worthy people in your life, you need to get as close as you can to them in a world defined by distance. Don’t type to them; talk to them and travel to see them.]

You don’t want to wake up to life in the third act, cautioned Tucker. You don’t want to be dulled to the people who love you. Rather, take stock of those who love you and focus on them.

In a chat I recently had with Buck Johnson, I advised especially talented techies (who have options by virtue of their brilliance) to stay out of the corporate world. It will dull and deform your spirit, and devour the rest of you. If you can, pursue work as an independent contractor.

Likewise, Tucker encouraged conservative kids to opt out of popular society. In particular, if you believe that the system is a joke—don’t partake. Above all, do the thing to which you are naturally suited.

CNN’s Jeremy Diamond and his American circle-jerk of progressive, activist reporters ought to take lessons from BBC’s James Clayton, of “Click,” a BBC program.

Six minutes and 12 seconds into the clip on digital voting, the coverage of “serious security issues” begins. Techies who’ve “reversed engineered voting systems” are worried.

BBC News clearly still does the job Fake News USA refuses to do: investigate the security of the election system, not simply assert it.

Jeremy Diamond, a specimen in the national, journalistic circle jerk, is CNN’s White House correspondent. He’s a reporter, not an opinion-purveyor. Yet opinion is what he and his cohort purvey.

While reporting, Diamond will constantly express his opinion by exclaiming how “remarkable” and “outlandish” it is that President Trump wishes to overturn “a democratically held election.”

Breathy exclamations of disgust, surprise and frustration have no place in the repertoire of a reporter. It’s one thing, moreover, had CNN and Mr. Diamond investigated the election-fraud claims wending their way through the Courts—there are constitutional violations uninvestigated by them, too. But they don’t. The aforementioned BBC program, Click, clearly has no issue investigating and concluding that digital voting, for one, is fraught.

Had the American media done the work required; then they could legitimately say, “Having investigated and reported on the election fraud allegation, we find that there is no …”

But Diamond and his CNN crooks do not argue their case; they use their powerful positions in front of the camera to assert their claims, relying on viewers not to know the difference.

The same can be said of every other reporter on the CNN and MSNBC Fake News makers. They all offer their opinions on panels of opinionaters and from the field. Abby Phillip is another young journalist like Diamond who does opinion, not reporting.

The “sweet person” designation, from one as kind-hearted and courageous as Buck: Those are the impressions one values most—just as when Erik Rush mentioned “good friend” before all else. Those personal touches that come from a place of care, kindness and appreciation are the things that mean the most in this impersonal world. A cliched sentiment, perhaps, but heartfelt.

… many of Trump’s supporters are less likely to have been brainwashed and propagandized by the asphyxiating, postmodern, racial and gender agitprop that makes college-educated kids insufferable, and subject to group-think and to the atavistic acting-out, commensurate with “education” emphasizing a wanton abandoning of inhibitions.

Spending protracted time in college or university is almost guaranteed to turn-out individuals whose uniformity of opinion is as scary as its uninformed nature.

Support for Trump is associated with a less propagandized population.

In my thoroughly propagandized County, 70% approved a Charter Amendment to transfer property (we all pay for) to be used for low-income housing (read the homeless, to whom the City of Seattle has already been ceded.) Don’t complain, neighbors, when IT hits the fan.

Also, 57% percent of subjects  in my county, King County, decided to relinquish their sovereignty and let a Council of Jenny Durkans choose their sheriff for them—make the sheriff a patronage position.

Most of my neighbors voted to allow the political class to invest public money in causes driven by their politics.

Majorities opted to assign more taxpayer-funded lawyers to assorted claims-makers and add more protected-species categories to already oppressively expansive, extant law.

Washingtonians said “hell yes” to more twerking, transgendered genitalia in the faces of their toddlers.

The neighbors seconded Charter Amendment No. 3, which trashes the word “citizen,” and replaces it with “member of the public” or “resident,” all the better to facilitate wealth transfer. The People of The World passing through our county may get goodies not theirs or vote to get them if denied.

Neighbors voted to double down on our demoralized and defunded police force with more sensitivity training. Oh, and should you call in a burglary, why, a “mental-health professional” may arrive on your doorstep. It’s called “resourcing alternatives.” Yes, English is also on the wane in the Evergreen State.

Gov. Jay Inslee won 58% of the vote. If you’re among the business owners who voted for this chap—suck it up! Having voted for Inslee’s internment terrorism, you can’t expect sympathy, now, can you?

Love thy neighbor as thyself? Forgive me, vengeful God of the Hebrews, but it’s getting harder and harder …
